Cloud license product isn't available for new customers.

For setting up Loxone Miniserver you will need to prepare the following:

  • Externally accessible IP address and port.

  • Username and password of your Loxone mobile app.

If your IP is not externally accessible you will need to set up Port-Forwarding. If you have a dynamic IP setup that changes on a daily basis, you will also need to enable Loxone DNS (learn more here).

If you don't want to change your network configuration, you will need to upgrade to a 1Home device (Box or Bridge). 1Home devices connect locally to the Loxone Miniserver and don't require updates on your network configuration.

Where to find your externally accessible IP and port?

  1. Open your Loxone mobile app

2. Press the location pin icon.

3. Find your smart home and press the info icon.

4. Copy the external address field.

Where to find your username?

5. Your username is found in the same location above your address. Password is the same as the password for your Loxone mobile app.

I don't have this information in my mobile app and I don't know my credentials, what can I do?

Use the text below to contact an integrator who setup your Loxone smart home and they will provide you with the required information:

I am trying to setup 1Home Cloud with my smart home but don't know the information required for the setup.

I'd need:

  • My externally accessible IP address and port
