Cloud license product isn't available for new customers.
Your smart home needs to be accessible outside your internal network in order for 1Home Cloud to work properly. Most issues with commands are connected either to port forwarding or dynamic DNS not being set up correctly.
For setting up Loxone Miniserver you will need to prepare the following:
Externally accessible IP address and port
Username and password of your Loxone mobile app.

Want to avoid port forwarding?
If you want to avoid port forwarding you need to use the 1Home device (Box or Bridge) which is connecting locally to your smart home and requiring no changes to your network configuration.
Port forwarding for Loxone users
Here are instructions for setting up Port forwarding with Loxone.
If you are using the Loxone DNS service, please confirm it is working properly. Instructions for Loxone DNS
Port forwarding for Gira Homeserver & Gira X1 users
Gira Homeserver users, usually use port 80 or 443
Gira X1 users, usually use the port 4432
