For setting up Loxone Miniserver with 1Home device, the following steps need to be completed.

  • 1Home Box or 1Home Bridge connected to power and network.

  • 1Home Box or 1Home Bridge paired with the 1Home dashboard.

For completing the setup, you require the following credentials:

  • Local IP of your Loxone Miniserver

  • Username & password for your Loxone mobile app


Where to find your Local IP and port?

  1. Open your Loxone mobile app

2. Press the location pin icon.

3. Find your smart home and press the info icon.

4. Copy the local address field and paste it on the smart home setup screen in the 1Home dashboard.

Where to find your username?

5. Your username is found in the same location below your address. Password is the same as the password for your Loxone mobile app.


I don't have this information in my mobile app and I don't know my credentials, what can I do?


Use the text below to contact an integrator who setup your Loxone smart home and they will provide you with the required information:

"Hey,
I am trying to setup 1Home device with my smart home but don't know the information required for the setup.
